Businesses don’t always need the same thing from a bookkeeper. Some clients want us to fully manage their books end-to-end; others already have systems and staff in place and just need a partner to plug in, keep things reconciled, and provide regular, consistent reporting. Wherever you fall on that spectrum, we build a plan around it.

Monthly plans start at $400/month and are custom-quoted based on your business size, number of accounts requiring reconciliation, transaction volume, and the scope of support you need — from full-service bookkeeping to targeted support such as invoicing or regular, consistent payables and expense tracking.

As a general guide: businesses with 1–2 accounts, straightforward reconciliation, and financials (P&L and Balance Sheet) typically start around $400/mo. As needs grow — more accounts, higher transaction volume, or added support like accounts payable & receivable, cash flow forecasting, sales tax filing, payroll management, or custom KPI dashboards — your monthly rate scales with the added scope. We’ll walk through your specific needs together and provide a clear quote before any work begins.
